Manufacturing Process

Arghakhanchi Cement's product manufacturing process is supported by high-standard product quality control. With the commitment for precision it ensures that the line of operations in our plant is at par with strict standards in both the local and global arenas.
 
Arghakhanchi Cement uses high grade limestone that gives our products high grade Ordinary Portland Cement (OPC).
 
Superior technology methods are used to ensure that a high-level of quality is attained and sustained right through the product manufacturing process. Nevertheless, these high standards are constantly improved upon by an experienced and dedicated technical team to attain performance oriented cement.
 

TECHNOLOGY ADVANTAGES

• The most advantageous proportion of raw mix is achieved by the use of on-line analyzers and automatic weigh feeder which are linked to the centralized computers control room.
• Reduced changeability in kiln feed and complete homogenization of raw meal is attained through Continuous Flow Silo. This ensures that every grain of cement is of consistent quality.
• The completely computerized supervision allows quality clinkerization and dictates best maintenance time in the kiln. With a five stage pre-heater cyclone system, the precalciner only adds to the quality of the manufacturing process.
• The modern closed grinding units have a high competence separator that produces finer particles of cement. This yields cement matrix with a lower pore diameter. This in turn gives concrete of higher density and lower permeability.
